COVID-19 AND YOUR HEALTH

For the safety of our clients and the practitioners, we feel it is necessary that all clients read and understand the following:

If you are sick, please contact us as soon as possible and STAY HOME. If you are showing any signs of COVID-19 (fever, coughing, GI distress, fatigue, etc.) or have been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19, you will need to be rescheduled for a later date.

Whether you are vaccinated or not, please wear your mask while in the presence of other people entering and exiting the building. Once inside the treatment room, if you are unvaccinated, you can still enjoy your massage experience with a mask on. If you are vaccinated, you may remove your mask for your session time and then wear it upon leaving the treatment space.

In addition to a new client intake form, there will be an additional COVID 19 Precautionary Form that needs to be filled out prior to the session.
